Magical Sauce

Guys, This is the best sauce in the world. It is my secret weapon. The sauce that makes beans and rice impossibly good and simple roasted veggies look like 5 star food. I serve the sauce warm. We had it last night on a stack of roasted veggies and will have it today on rice and beans. Make it today!!! 

1/4 c. olive oil

1 t. soy sauce

2 T balsamic vinegar

Juice from one lemon

1 T. brown rice syrup (or honey)

2 T. spicy mustard

3 clove garlic, minced

In small sauce pan, heat olive oil and soy sauce over low heat, about 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and whisk. Let cook over low heat for 5 minutes or so. Double the recipe and keep in the fridge for a week!
